Leslie Marie Medina, 33 of Silver City, NM passed away August 25, 2016 at Gila Regional Medical Center. A Rosary will be Recited on Thursday September 1, 2016 at 5:00PM at Bright Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday September 2, 2016 at 10:00am at Saint Isidro Catholic Church in Gila, NM. Interment to follow at Gila Catholic Cemetery. Leslie was born in Silver City, NM and is survived by her mother Josie Medina, Father Joe Medina, Brother Keith (Megan) Medina, her son Joseph D Medina, Grandmother's Tita Corral and Nora Medina, Grandfather Canuto Tellez, Aunt Jeri Sierra and Helen Medina, Uncles Steve Tellez, Mando Medina, Ruben Medina, Johnny Medina, Alfred Medina, and Jerry Medina, Nephew Malachi Medina and Future niece Baby Girl along with many cousins. Leslie is preceded in death by her Grandfather John Medina, Uncle Leonard Medina and Cousin Chugie Varela. Leslie's favorite pass time was being with her son. She also enjoyed shooting guns with her brother, swimming, camping, cruising with her brother and spending time in the mountains. Leslie loved being surrounded by her family and her favorite people to spend time with were Joseph (son), Keith (brother), Josie (mom), Malachi, Megan and her dad Joe.
