To The Family and Friends

As we all know Leslie had a beautiful spirit and left a legacy of love for each one of you. Mrs. Phillips you had a loving, caring and devoted daughter, to her brothers a dedicated sister, to her neice and nephew you were a joy what a delight she was to all of you. To her friends you knew she was true to the end. Weep if you must but visualize her smile and you to should smile for what she meant to you and cherish all the valuable times you shared with her. She was a precious diamond and now Leslie is a shining star! It was a pleasure to cross her path at NOAH.

Elaine and family my deepest regrets that I was unable to attend the Home-going Celebration for Leslie. Sharing in the reflections of her life would have indeed been an honor. She is in our eternal home now where as the old hymnal goes "Oh, HER record will be there, be in pages with stared affairs".

Gone but truly never will be forgotten. Her smile and understanding personality will always be remembered. As a former co-worker, who also has been diagnosed with an illness, I will always remember and appreciate her words of encouragement. To her family, look towards the hill which cometh your help. In your quiet time, please reflect upon Psalm 23 for consolation. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

Dear Leslie's Family,

I am very sad to learn that Leslie passed away. I want to express my deepest sympathy to you.

I worked with Leslie at the New Orleans Adolescent Hospital. She was one of the sweetest, kindest persons I have ever met. Day in and day out, she always had a beautiful smile on her face.

Leslie was so thoughtful: she brought me gifts from her trips and thought of me during the holidays.

Knowing Leslie was a privilege. I will always have a special place in my heart reserved just for her.

I have you in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Marlene Glazer Friedman
