Lester LaPlace Obituary
On August 19, 1972, he married Deborah Kay Carter. She preceded him in death on October 27, 2021. Surviving are 4 children, LaDonna (Wesley) Francis, Leslie (Jamey) Banks, Lester (Raeann) LaPlace, Jr., Lisa (Kelly) Lawson; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Miles, Breanna, Kaitlyn, Mariah, and Jacob; 4 great-grandchildren and 6 siblings, Norm LaPlace, Coy Jankowski, Judy (Jim) Thurber, Evelyn Meyer, Bruce (Sheila) LaPlace, Scott (Shelly) LaPlace. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Deborah, and a great-grandson.
Lester enjoyed fishing, bowling, and camping. Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of life gathering on Friday December 23, 2022, from 3-7 p.m. at East United Methodist Church, 1621 E. 3rd Street, Mishawaka, IN.
Elkhart Cremation Services is honored to be entrusted with his care.
