She is survived by her brothers, Henry Joseph Friloux Jr. and Nash Joseph Friloux and sisters-in-law, Arleen O. Friloux and Paula G. Friloux.
She raised 6 beloved children, Wesley B. Harkins, Jeffrey S. Harkins, Laura L. Harkins, James D. Harkins, Lettie H. Harkins, and Philip L. Harkins. She also leaves behind 2 loved children-in-law, Terrell K. Schmitt and Cynthia B. Harkins, as well as 2 cherished grandchildren, Sydney N. Harkins and Nash A. Simon.
Lettie found her greatest joy and purpose in being a mother, and she deeply loved her children and grandchildren. A spiritual seeker, she traveled the world exploring various religious traditions and beliefs. She also had a passion for drawing and writing, once reflecting in a memoir that life was about love.
Her children are forever grateful for the gift of her presence in their lives.
A private memorial service will be held in her honor.
