Gerry and the kids
Please accept our deepest sympathies. The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. We share your grief and are thinking of you at this time of need. There is a saying that reads: "Only the good die young" and this is a good example. Even though she was in her seventies, it's still too early for her to go. We will keep you all in our prayers as you continue with life without her but at the same time treasure your fondest memories of her.
With much love
Your sister Louise and daughter Suzanne

My dear, dear Lily:

You will be missed - more than words can say - by me, by Henry and our families. I will cherish, always, the moments filled with laughter, fashion hints (yes, I did have my dress on backwards), family weddings, theme parties, birthday cards chosen with such care, Gerry in the kitchen creating yet another delectable dish, your warmth and kindness to my father and my brother and sisters. They loved you for your wonderful sense of humour, and your ability to savour the "zany" moments. We had so many belly laughs, especially with Therese, and Louise, when they were in the mood to "party hearty". Remember "God Save the Queen" filtering down from our balcony during Debby's wedding shower. Remember when you worked at the Passport Office and my photograph was so awful that you didn't want to admit that I was your belle soeur. What a hoot!!! We will not forget you, Lily. We will not forget the special moments that we shared.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Gerry and your family at this very sad time.

You (our gentle, sweet, funny lady)have gone home to be reunited with your parents, your brother, Frank and your sisters - Shirley, Louise, Therese, and Linda. God bless, Lily. You were the best!

With deepest sympathy to Gerry and your family,

Love,

Ann and Henry, Debby and Michel, Sandy and Pierre, and Mike.
