Lillian Jenne Obituary
She was born Jan. 27, 1930 in Flat Rock, to John and Jessie (Matter) Hall. She would have been married for 65 years to Walter Jenne. They were married on July 25, 1948 in Republic, and he survives.
Bill worked as a store clerk for multiple stores until she retired. Her true passion in life was gardening. She was a member of the Ohio Association Garden Club for fifty years and was the President from 1994 to 1996 and was a longtime member of the RFD Garden Club. She bowled in the Green Springs Women's League for 30 years and was very active in various school functions. Bill enjoyed life to its fullest.
Bill is survived by her husband, Walter of Green Springs; son, Garry (Joanne) Jenne of Green Springs; grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer) Jenne and Melanie (Kyle) Overmyer and great grandchildren, Jake and Josh Jenne and Mikayla and Dillon Overmyer.
Bill was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Clifford and Kenneth Hall; sisters, Evelyn Humbert, Geraldine Beard and Opal Rohrbacher.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 4, at 11 a.m., at the Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 211 N. Broadway St. in Green Springs, with a gathering from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
A private graveside service will be held at Bakertown Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the donor's choice.

Walt & Garry,
Bill was such a great friend and we shared many good times as roommates at OAGC schools and conventions. She also shared plants from her garden. I received a spiney bears breeches that is still growing today and remember her telling me not to thank her as it might not live. You can be sure that every time I pass that plant in my garden I will think fondly of Bill. My condolences to you and your family.

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing - We had so much fun during our OAGC years, playing cards, her special snack mix, and just being together. Walt, she's in heaven with Ruth Waller, my Mom and Dad selling all those cars you and Dad never got sold on the OAGC bus trips!! Her best times though were with her grandkids watching their athletic events. She was a great lady! We will all miss her - - -
