I Have Just finished reading "Lily's Promise." .
A truly outstanding book, it brought tears to my eyes on more than one occasion.
What a wonderful lady..
My condolences to the Ebert family and thanks to Lily for telling her story.

A survivor, a determined woman who later became an author and put her extraordinary story out for so many to learn of her and her incredible journey. Heartfelt condolences to the Ebert family, so very sorry for your loss. May God be with you all at such a difficult time.

I have been following Lily and her great-grand son Dov for many months. I found her to be an inspiration. Her story of survival from the Holocaust echoed in her book Lily's Promise and her Tik Toks were beautiful. I looked forward to her Friday message - "Hello Tik Tok Shabat Shalom". My memory of Lily comes through her moving testimony of withstanding the Show and coming out of it with the strength and faith to live a joyous life.
