It was an honor to serve as General Faurer's enlisted aid while he served as the Director of the National Security agency Ft Meade Maryland. My sympathy goes out to his family

As Commander of the US European Command Defense Analysis Center (EUDAC) in 1977 and 1978, it was my privilege to be working directly for then Major General "Linc" Faurer. The news of his death was very difficult to accept, as he had been not only my Commander, but also my mentor and my friend. The General was easily the most professional, the kindest and most dedicated man I have ever had the pleasure to be associated with. He will be missed by his subordinates and family members for a long, long time.
Rest in peace, Sir - and thank you for your past inspirational presence.
Albert D. Meyer, Colonel USAF (Ret)
It is my privilege to offer a donation to Wounded Warrior Project in honor of General Faurer

My dear Sister, Brother in law Bruce & family - We are deeply saddened of your father's passing. But be known that he had a great life with numerous accomplishments that made an impact not only on the personal family level, but on the national level as well. He will be missed but cherish the fond memories we all had in his presence. All our love. Joe & Darlene
