Linda was my step sister, the daughter of my deceased step-father Falvey Gooden. Linda was diagnosed with Multiple Dystrophy at about the age of three. She wasn't expected to live to be a teenager but she did and then some. However, the good majority of her life was lived in a wheelchair, being taken care of by family members and later by the wonderful people at Village Healthcare. Still, she never seemed to give up even after so years of many treatments and hospitalizations. She lived as long as she did I believe because of her strong will to live and because of the constant love she had from her mother, Jessie and her father, Falvey. We all will miss Linda's sweet soft voice but know that she is with her parents now in heaven where she is free from the body that was her prison fo so long.

We love you Linda. May the Angels in heaven be your constant companions and that your enjoy all the treasures you stored there.

Umma, Judy, Bob, Carolyn & David and all the family.
