Linda Diana Goumas, age 76, of Copley, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in the presence of her family.

Linda is survived by her husband Constantine (Dean) Goumas, having recently observed their 56th year of marriage. She is also survived by her son Christopher Goumas (Cheryl); her daughter Kimberly Misener (Douglas); and her daughter Laura Mullins (Don); her grandchildren Alicia and Josh Misener, Riley and Peyton Goumas, Carter and Caitlyn Templeman, and Brooke Mullins. She leaves behind her brothers Jim Elliott (Carol), Mark Elliott (Susan), and Danny Elliott (Karen); many cousins; brother- and sister-in-law Nick and Diane Goumas, sister-in-law Pamela Kesler, and their extended families. Linda was preceded in death by her father Vernon C Elliott and her mother Margaret Elliott (née Nixon).

Linda earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Akron. She was active in the Rainbow Girls as worthy advisor. She was an elementary teacher with Akron Public Schools for 38 years, and was recognized as an outstanding educator of the year. She was an avid reader and enjoyed travelling, especially to the beach. She loved spending time with her friends and family, and is remembered for adoring her grandchildren. She was a supporter of Samaritan's Purse charity, and a supporter of Grace Church as well as First Evangelical Congregational Church. Please visit www.rosehillbp.com for information.
