She also worked for Pender County, and a Astro Travel Agency from where she retired. She was also on the Belvedere Homeowners Association Board and made a lot of positive changes to their community as well.
Linda enjoyed golfing for many years and was quite proficient having won a tournament or two. She had facilitated charity golf tournaments as well. Linda absolutely loved her beautiful flowers and was an avid gardener. She also loved caring for the wild birds by providing lots of bird baths and bird feeders. She even had squirrel feeders.
She loved her dogs, Sevie and Finn, and shared stories of them often. In her later years, they became her children too.

I grew up living next door to Linda and Larry in LaSalle, Michigan. My first job was as their babysitter when Natalie and Jana were little and before Mandy was born. I have such fond memories of all those times. Linda was a lovely, sweet, funny, and caring person. It was wonderful living next door to their family. I was fortunate to have reconnected with Linda on Facebook and always enjoyed her posts with updates on her family and beautiful garden. My prayers are with Larry, Natalie, Jana, and Mandy and their families for continued strength during this time.
