Linda McCabe Lewis passed away on February 6, 2023, due to complications from cancer. She was 60 years old.
Linda was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Linda was the proud mother of three girls. She was grandmother to Ellie and Bernie, who love their Nana deeply. Linda’s greatest love was her family, spending as much time as she could with her husband, children, brothers, parents, nieces, nephews, and extended family. She would do anything for those whom she loved.
Linda was a graduate of Merion Mercy Academy and had a B.F.A. from Marywood College. She was artistically gifted in the fine and decorative arts. Many people would say that Linda was one of the kindest, most generous people they had ever met. She was an incredibly strong person and had a gentle spirit.
Linda is survived by her husband John, her daughters Kaitlin (Bob) Buchanan, Kelly, and Jen (Aaron). She is also survived by her parents Bernie and Lynne McCabe and her brothers Bernie (Monica) and Dennis (Tina). She was pre-deceased by her brother Christopher (Beth).
The family invites you to join them for a funeral service on Saturday February 11th, at St. John Neumann Church, 380 Highland Ln., Bryn Mawr, PA.. The visitation will be from 9-11 am with a Funeral Mass to immediately follow. Interment will be private. All are welcome to celebrate Linda’s beautiful life.
For those unable to attend the Funeral Mass, it will be livestreamed from the parish website - St. John Neumann Church Parish

I met Linda and her lovely beautiful daughters at SCJN at lunch duty many years ago . Without a doubt Linda was the nicest mother that I met while at SCJN . My prayers are with her family during this difficult time . Anne Kennedy

My deepest sympathies. Linda and I were high-school friends and although we lost touch throughout the years I always considered her a friend mostly because how remarkable a person she was. I was so saddened to read of her passing and will keep Linda and her family in our thoughts and prayers.

Linda was a distant cousin of my late wife, Tricia. Her obituary is so correct about how generous and nice Linda was. The Cunilio family of KC, Jamie, Jesse, Charlie and Jim give our heartfelt condolences to John, Kaitlin, Keelly and Jen.
