Linda was my colleague at Cazeovia College. Her guidance and support during my first few months was so important to me. I valued her advice so much. My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.

Mrs. Luques, you were such a great Mom. I owe so much of my survival in junior high to you and Stephanie. You were always so kind and generous to me and for that I am forever grateful.

Nana,
Together, you and Pop-Pop have created a beautiful family legacy that will undoubtedly outlive us all in the generations to follow.
Your love story has always been one to aspire to and I can only hope and dream that my husband looks at me with such love, respect and admiration like Pop-Pop did you after 54 years.
Thank you for raising my Mother and best friend in the whole world (and my incredible Aunt and Uncle!!). Thank you for sharing your love for literature and interest in history with me. I have so many lasting memories with you in them and I am so thankful to have had you in my life for these 26 years.
It's a good thing that we all end up "becoming our mothers" sometime over the years... Because I will still need recipe clippings and book suggestions (and the occasional grammar correction!).
I love you so much and will miss you more every day, but my memories of you will live forever.
I will see you on the other side!
XOXOXOXO
Elise

What a great "neighborhood mom" you were. Since it's almost Halloween, I'm remembering trick-or-treating at your house and being invited in for "special" treats and roasted pumpkin seeds. Rest in peace.
