Hey My Mommie, I made it thru the memorial Saturday and Easter Sunday but Trust me when I say it was not easy.
I sat by Dad at the memorial and held his hand for Prayer on Sunday to make sure he would be ok. I told you I would take care of Dad and I am really trying. I am still having trouble accepting that you are gone. I guess I thought you would live forever. There were a lot of people at the memorial to honor your memory. Graycee started the service with a beautiful song and it ended with OLD RUGGED CROSS then a balloon release. Mommie I don´t know what to do, I´m still so lost without you. I didn´t mind taking care of you and would have gladly kept doing so if it meant having you just a little longer. I wasn´t prepared to say good bye. I´m so happy you are not hurting anymore and I hope you are having fun with your dad, Nanny, Aunt Helen and Aunt Mary. I love you my Mommie and think of you all the time. I will forever LOVE and MISS you.

I miss you already my mommie. My life will never be the same with this void I have in my heart. I watched you all my life work so hard taking care of Daddy and us kids then came grandkids and great grandkids. You never really had a break between all the kids, till the night you left us there was still a kid right there. You made sure we were fed, had clean clothes to wear, a clean house, and when we got a little older you even became the taxi driver. I know you were tired mommie and ready to go but I wish you could have stayed. I could never tell you how thankful I am that God gave me you. You were the strongest woman, and most stubborn I know.
You fought till the very end but God was ready to relieve you of the pain and suffering so he called another angel home. Rest in peace my mommie in the gentle loving arms of the Lord.
I will forever love and miss you.
Your Daughter.
