Growing up as one of Jillians' closest friends, I was at the Perry house A LOT and Linda was like a 2nd mother to me.
Some of my favorite memories of Linda include going on many vacations with her, Joe, Jillian, and Tiana. Some of the places they took me to: Cannon Beach, Wapato Point at Lake Chelan, camping at NACO, Las Vegas, and Mexico.
No one is able to talk about Linda without mentioning how pretty she was, her smile was warm and welcoming, not to mention her makeup always classy and beautiful.
She was also beautiful on the inside, welcoming many people into her home over the years, both family and friends, and everyone felt welcomed and attended to by Linda. She is a great hostess, very giving and sweet, and no detail was overlooked at any event she held.
She kept her home immaculately clean despite having her own career, 2 kids, and usually multiple cats and dogs to care for.
She also was one of the best cooks I have ever seen. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING she made tasted like the best version of that dish you ever had. She was pretty much amazing as a person.
Linda and I bonded over our shared love of animals, I loved all her pets over the years, both cats and dogs, and would house sit when they went out of town. She treated her animals like family.
I love Linda and I will always remember her fondly

For one thing, Linda´s beauty. She also always dressed so nicely. I remember she received the award for Best Dressed as a Senior. Linda was also so kind. I know she will be greatly missed. Betsy

We grew up in the same neighborhood as the Wakasugi family, whom were a wonderful family. Linda also worked with my Dad, Walt Chappel, in the Yakima City Treasurer´s office. I´m so sorry for your loss of Linda... loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. May the Lord bless and sustain you all.

As next door neighbors Linda and I mostly communicated through cooking! I made her and Joe soup and she made us the most delicious cookies in the world! Made with love and beauty
