Linda Wilder Stanley

Linda was the most beautiful person in my life. She was loved by so many and admired by all who watched her work for the wild places of our beautiful state of Florida.

Dear Teresa & family we share with you and all Linda & Jacks friends our deepest condolences. I find it somewhat difficult to put into words our personal feelings and sense of loss of dear Linda. We loved Linda and Jack and they both were shining examples of individual's who loved Florida and its wild places, especially the Ocklawaha River. We have many fond memories of past good times together. Linda has crossed over the river to join Jack. She was a kind, gentle and unassuming woman and has earned her peace and rest without question. So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I served on the Florida Wildlife Federation board with Linda and appreciated her calm leadership and long-term dedication. She was a force for the environment and will be missed!

Bud and Teresa, Wanda and I are So sorry for your loss. Linda was a wonderful and accomplished person, with a kind heart, and will be missed.

I first met Linda in the 1980s when we worked together supporting the American Society of Sugar Cane Technologists. Her contributions to this Society were low key, humble, unwavering, and extremely valuable. It was always clear to me that she was helpful, sincere, and was enthusiastic about contributing to good outcomes and solutions. My deepest condolences to Linda´s family and friends.

Linda will be greatly missed by myself and my family. My deepest condolences to everyone in the family. Linda was such a kind soul and I miss her dearly. We talked just about everyday and checked on one another. Couldn't have had a better friend and neighbor. My mother and Linda were friends for several years and are now together. Gone but never forgotten. Luv you Linda!
