I was sorry to read in the New Trail that Linda had died. She was my maid of honor at my wedding. We never worked together but I always felt close. My condolences to sisters Jean and Nora and son Robbie.

A memory. When I last, visited Linda, I looked over my shoulder and saw she was sitting up & waving goodbye . I smiled & waved back. Alas, I did not know than, that this would be our last good-bye.

Linda was one of the staff I had worked with the longest @ RAH. Although, it took sometime to really, get to know her, after working several years together , I came to see the softer side of Linda & we established a friendship of sorts. She was a champion of causes, loyal to the program & very dedicated to her patients. She always spoke her mind & even if I didn't always agree, I admired her candor. I will be eternally grateful for our visits just prior to her passing. I also appreciated meeting her sisters & seeing her son, Rob, again. Her family was often a topic of conversation, laughter, fondness & love. I wish her retirement had been longer & more enjoyable. Linda may you have a garden & nature wherever you are. Along with a good book!
Your strong presence will be missed.

Linda was a very caring compassionate O.T. who devoted most of her adult life to patient care and family. I also admired her "tell it as it is" commitment to honesty. She was a very good person to know and will be missed.
My condolences to her loved ones.
