Linda Jean (Burquist) Young

Dear Seester....there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you...often with a grin or a giggle but more often with a tear in my eye. Leann has joined the Burquist crew up there this last month, I'm sure she is busy as usual looking after our Bro. It is coming up on a year soon since you joined our boys...please be sure to save your little sister a seat as you always did by the lake. I miss you more than I can put into words.

To My Seester's beautiful family. Although I feel her presence every day in my life, this time of year is close to unbearable for me. We shared so many years of memories, but our 70+ years of Christmas's I will hold in my heart until I join her. My love to all.

I enjoyed several trips with Linda and her sister, Cara. We talked, laughed, shopped, enjoyed the sights and enjoyed each other´s company. Those memories will be with me forever

We were lucky enough to find each other 15 years ago. Our time together was happy and full of fun. While my heart will be forever broken, I am thankful for the times and many great memories we had together. I will love you forever ~ Bob

Linda and I were lucky enough to find each other nearly 15 years ago. It has been a fantastic and happy life for us both to have found love again. While my heart is broken and I miss her terribly, I am forever grateful for the time we had together. She is always in my heart.

Unfortunately, Janet and I will not be able to attend the celebration of Linda's life. I have many fond ASABE memories of Linda's fun, upbeat personality and outlook on life. Our thoughts are certainly with you and your family. Mark

Linda was a precious friend to us. We will miss her infectious smile, her genuine laughter, and her forever friendship. We were always so excited to drive to Michigan knowing she was there and that we would see her on Park Street in Sister Lakes. She always welcomed us so warmly and included our family with her own. Now, we will carry her in our hearts until we meet again.

I will miss Linda so much. I worked with her for many years at ASABE and we stayed close even after she retired. We have so many great memories I will never forget. Thoughts and prayers are with Linda's family.

My grandma always gave the best advice. Her combined experience, intelligence, and loving nature made her the perfect person to talk too. She has inspired me countless times. She will forever be loved and missed.

From the first time I met Linda, she treated me like a daughter. I remember visiting Sister Lakes, and after just 5 minutes of talking, she complimented my dress, hugged me, and said how happy she was that Billy and I had met. Since that day, we only grew closer, sharing our love of holidays and DIY projects. I learned so much from her. She was always full of life and greeted the world with kindness and open arms. I am grateful to have had her in my life for the time I did. I will forever cherish the years I got to know a mom's love again.

She was the BEST! She was so loving and made everyone feel special in their own way. She will be so missed Thank you for making Michigan such a special place for so many people!
