Lindsey Rae (Baumel) McFadden

It has been almost 7 years since we lost our precious daughter-in-law (Daughter). We loved how so much, and still think about her and miss her tremendously. Rest in peace, my precious Lindsey.

Lindsey was a very much loved Daughter-in-Law. We still miss her so much. She lives on in our hearts and lives. She is gone from this life, but not from our hearts.

Johnny & Lindsey the day Johnny proposed.

My music partner and I worked with Lindsey to record a few songs she wrote. We were planning to record more music for an album dedicated to women in abusive relations. I am so sorry this happened. We have two songs with instrumentals and these both sound amazing. I would love to give these to her parents and husband. She will be missed, Patrick

Lindsey, when John said he had met this remarkable women, I was over the moon with joy for him because if he said this, knowing him, I knew it to be absolutely true and probably more. And it was all that. I got to talk to you , but never had the chance to meet you face to face, which I will always so regret. Your zest and verve emanated even over the phone. You blessed John so much, and I believe even now, still do.

Lindsey, For several months we heard all about you, and couldn't wait to meet you. Then you and Johnny came to Texas and I finally got to meet. At that time I instantly fell in love you, and understood why Johnny fell so in love with you. I was so proud when you and Johnny were married, and you became part of our family. You then became the daughter we never had. You made the entire family so very happy, and was looking forward to spending many years together, but the Lord had other plans which we were not privy to. You touched our lives in so many ways. You are gone, but definitely not forgotten. I love you and well see you in Heaven. Rest in peace.

Lindsey is a friend from nursing school, she helped me survive those crazy years with lots of study sessions. I miss her enthusiasm for everything, and her random phone calls and text messages with health questions...and all the rest of the ways she was a great friend. The world is going to be a little less colorful for awhile. My condolences to John, Lindsey's mom and rest of her family

Lindsey, you were married to one of my best friends in the world. I only knew you 5 months but to see how happy you made Johnny and he made you blessed me. You have inspired me forever. The way you looked at life and people...the way you loved without reserve makes me want to be a better wife, friend, and human.....and I will. Your life showed me that. I will always love you.

I am sorry that we never met, but if John loved you, I know I would as well. We know you are at peace but if you could send some comfort down from heaven for John, he could use it.

I am sure that having you in heaven will give John peace as he knows that one day he will be reunited with you for eternity.

I met you on a very happy day, your wedding day to my friend John. You were a delight and I enjoyed being there to see you two begin your life together. I loved hearing you two share of your adventures on your honeymoon. I mourn the loss of getting to know you and hearing more stories of your shared life and the love that you had for each other. You made each other so happy and it simply ended too soon. You are in my thoughts,,,,and we will look after John here on this plane..... .in sadness, love and hope....peace....

I did not have the pleasure to meet you, but I felt like I knew you through all the love you gave. You will be missed, but in a very short time touched so many hearts and gave ever lasting memories.

God has welcomed this entirely lovely soul into eternal life. She has been dearly loved and will be missed, but will meet her family and many friends in God's time. Love is eternal, and God's grace is boundless. He will provide comfort and peace.

I met Lindsey during college at the University of Minnesota. I always remember her being a smiling, joyful soul. She was always so kind to me and reached out to me. A few weeks ago she encouraged me to continue playing and writing music. I am so sorry that she is not here with us, but we will meet again one day in Heaven, and I am comforted knowing she's with Jesus now. She truly was a bright light shining here on earth.

John you know my story, and my heart breaks for your story. Lindsay lived with me at the frat for two years, and I have always loved her spirit. Call me if you'd like to chat.

I first met Lindsey in June when she and Johnny came to Texas for the birth of his second great niece. They however, did not get to stay long enough. The baby did not come in June, she was not born until July 8. I fell instantly in love with Lindsey, and felt I had known her for forever. We came to Minneapolis in October for Johnny and Lindsey's wedding on October 17. Lindsey, from the beginning called me (Liz) Nana, and my husband (John) Pawpaw. We loved her so very much and will miss her more than I can ever put into words. Rest in peace my sweet, sweet, Daughter (Daughter-in-Law) Nana and Pawpaw

Lindsey's candle has been lit eternally now, it will never be extenguished. She is in Heaven in the arms of her Savior. However, we will see her again.

Lindsey and I met when I moved down to the Twin Cities in 2006. She was a woman of strength, ambition, and compassion for others. The reach of her inspiration and love is extensive, and she is greatly missed. I pray for her family and her new husband John as they begin a new chapter without this beloved woman.

Lindsey, you always have and always will have a special place in my heart. You made room for me in your dorm room freshman year at North Central so I could come up, visit my soon-to-be-husband, and check out North Central. You were so welcoming! It was a thrill to come back a few months later and join your floor. There was something so specious about our floor at North Central. Your outgoing, fun-loving spirit was contagious, and your ever-giving nature, inspiring. Few people live life to the fullest the way you did, and you will be so missed. I met Lindsey as a freshman at NCU. She was one of my first roommates there. I will always treasure those memories and am so thankful we were able to reconnect online a few years ago. Lindsey was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She will be missed greatly.
