Lisa Kay Bridgeford, 49 of Elk River, MN passed away of cancer on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Services will be held at the Headwaters Peace Center in Bemidji, MN at 3pm on Friday, January 17th with visitation one hour before.

Lisa was born October 29th, 1975 in Bemidji, MN to Glenn and Marie (Pietrzak) Bridgeford. She graduated from Bemidji High School and then Bemidji State University with a B.S. degree in Chemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry throughout her career, most recently with Padagis, LLC.

Lisa is survived by her parents and her siblings: Jennifer Wiltse (Derrick Anderson), Jody Bridgeford, Leah Bridgeford (Matt Lorenz), Jill (Eric) Millar, Andrew Bridgeford; nephew Orion Millar; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Her passing was preceded by her paternal grandparents (Percy and Orva Bridgeford), maternal grandparents (Joseph and Lillian Pietrzak) and cousin, Kris Pietrzak.

Lisa was loving, funny, smart, sweet person with a gift of connecting family with a drive and spirit that was special. Was blessed to have her as a beloved cousin, pray the good Lord commend her into his loving arms and Kingdom for eternity. Thankful God gave us Lisa, she brought joy to many peoples lives and is dearly missed.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Lisa at Padagis and always admired her positive attitude. We kept in touch after I retired and even as she was going though cancer, she always remained positive and hopeful. Her kindness, thoughtfulness and positivity will remain with me forever.
