Happy 35th Birthday Lisa. You will never be departed in my heart. I'll continue to celebrate your birthday and your eternal youth. David and I spent your birthday on the South Side--shopping, dining, movie theatre, and talking about your life. I spoke to Zack and Jim several times this weekend. You are a lucky girl to have such good friends. They too, honored your birthday by doing something special in your memory. Watch over us now, Lisa. We need your guidance and strength. It is difficult here without you.

BLOO christmas 2010. sherwins hike. High winds, forced to turn back. We were like the Mom and Dad of this house for almost five years. Her nurturing spirit will forever be here with us. LOVE goes out to her family and all her friends. I also have a cool video of her and mingus dropping the sherwins if anyone wants to see it. its powerful.

Bloo was a beautiful soul and a great friend. You will be missed.

Bloo and Mingus, you were the awesomest ski buddies, we were blessed with many powder runs together this season. you are both so missed by me, these mountains, and everyone that was lucky to know you. When I think about my childhood, I can't help but think of you...basketball practice, riding bikes, causing trouble in grade school, playing "Summer Games" on the computer, staying up late, wearing the same clothes to school, eating your mom's cakes....alot of childhood memories are with you..and they are all bright and happy..Becky said it best...too much time/distance has passed, but you are forever in my heart...my thoughts and prayers are with your family.

To Mr. & Mrs. Longo (and the rest of the family), I haven't seen Lisa in years, but I am very sad and so sorry for your loss. I don't have a single St. Bernadette's basketball memory without Lisa in it, and all of those memories are happy ones. Lisa was a truly nice person and a great friend. She will be missed.

Bloo, you have no idea the lives that you have touched in your all too short time here. It's really weird to think we won't be seeing you around anymore. You have taught us all that life is short, live it and don't take anything for granted.

Bloo, when I saw you on Saturday, I should have given you a big hug. I always hugged you when I saw you, and this time I didn't. I wish I'd gone riding more with you. I was always so intimidated, though, because you were so damn good. You were good at a lot of things, actually. I hope you realized how many of us love you. We miss you, girlie. Lisa "Bloo" was a truly special person. I shared many adventures in the mountains with her hiking, snowboarding and mtn biking. Her enthusiam for life was unparalelled and I have never met anyone with such a positive attitude towards life. I will forever miss her dearly. Karleen

I'm so sorry to have learned this news. What a shock to those of us who saw Lisa grow up. I remember Carol pushing her stroller and Scott playing with her in the front yard. Your written tribute to her life was beautiful. And her photos show us all how beautiful she was, too. Gone too soon, but forever young.

Lisa, I will always remember my first piano student and eating dinner with you and your family after our lessons. I hope your doggie is with you giving you lots of love! We can not put into words all that we'd like to say about Lisa. For the past few days, we have replayed our lives together--both in our thoughts and in our conversations with family and friends. We have laughed, we have cried, we have asked God why? Lisa has taught us to appreciate joy and happiness. Her smile and giggle will be the footprint she leaves on our hearts. Her life on earth was too brief, but her next journey will be eternal. We must now say goodbye...until we meet again.
