We all know kayaking is not a "safe" sport but it's always a shock to lose an experienced paddler. My thoughts are with the family and friends. I hope there's a river in Heaven!

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family at this most difficult time. Please be assured that God will help you cope with the heavy weight of your loss. “Blessed be Almighty God who daily carries the load for us.” Psalms 68:19 As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
