I am sorry to learn of Lloyd's passing. He and my father were first cousins, and fishing and card playing buddies for many years. Lloyd and Darlene's annual "Turtle Feed" was an annual highlight. Our thoughts and prayers are with Darlene and family. Alan & Kathy Grundei

Our hearts are heavy with sadness for your entire family at the loss of such an important person in your life! We know that Lloyd will be missed in so many ways - by so many people! We were blessed to have known Lloyd through the many years that Tim grew up as a neighbor and as the father of his dear friend, Guy. We also made many memories with Lloyd and Darlene when they brought their trailer up to Ethel Beach for the years that they did. Our visits on their deck or down by the water will always be special and remembered with smiles! I'm sure that my Dad and Lloyd are very busy with a card game, shaking dice, or perhaps sharing a fishing story right now - he enjoyed his friendship with Lloyd very much! Although your lives on this Earth will forever be different - Lloyd's legacy will continue to live on through each of you in your very own special way. Lloyd may no longer be in your arms - but he is forever and ever tucked safely within your heart! We will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers as we know the days ahead will be filled with much sadness and heartbreak. We will pray that your many wonderful memories of times shared together will soften your pain and comfort your broken hearts. May you find strength in knowing that the magnitude of your sorrow compares only to the JOY that Lloyd now knows in the arms of Jesus!! Sending all of you many warm hugs and blessings of peace!!
