Lloyd Taylor Obituary

Lloyd Taylor, Jr., of Hague, died July 15, 2005. Mr. Taylor was a retired roofing contractor in the Northern Virginia area. A daughter, Darlene LaRock, preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Marlene Taylor; his mother, Lena Boyles of Alexandria; a son, Charles L. Taylor of Hague; a daughter, Cathy Walker and husband, Kris, of Dale City; seven granddaughters; a great-grandson; four sisters; a brother and a pet dog, Gizmo. A funeral service was held July 19, at Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel, Warsaw. Robert S. Whitbeck Robert Samuel Whitbeck, 84, of Orange, died Friday, July 15, 2005, at his residence. Mr. Whitbeck was a member of Orange Assembly of God Church and retired from the American Silk Mill and Orange County High School. Survivors include his wife, Cora Morris Whitbeck of Orange; two daughters, Kathy Becker and husband, Buddy, of Burgress and Charlotte Whitbeck of Orange; three sons, Bobby Whitbeck and wife, Jean, of Wolftown, Wayne Whitbeck and wife, Faye, of Waynesboro and Ronnie Whitbeck and wife, Sandy, of Springfield; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A funeral service was conducted July 18, at Preddy Funeral Home, Orange, with the Rev. Greg Vogt officiating. Interment followed in Graham Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ronnie Calvin, Jr. and Wayne Whitbeck, Jr., Mike Garrison, Leonard Smith, Willie Morris and Tommy Kessler.
