Funeral services for Logan McKinney Alec, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Multi-Purpose Center in Livingston, Texas with Elder Debra Battise-Kleinman Cre officiating. Interment will follow in the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 13, 2018, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Multi-Purpose Center in Livingston, Texas.

 

Logan was born November 17, 1987 in Galveston, Texas to parents, Obrey Alec and Mary (Sylestine) Alec and passed away May 8, 2018 in Trinity County, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother; maternal grandmother Moree Poncho; maternal grandfather, Herman Battise; paternal grandparents, Cecil Alec Sr. and Avie Alec.

 

Logan’s family all reside in Livingston, Texas and he is survived by his daughter, Lilly-Ann Alec; fiancé, Angel Beene; father, Obrey Alec; brother, Tobine Alec; sister, Portia Alec; sons, Sage Beene, Seth Beene Williams, Seneka Beene Williams, and Shudey Beene Williams; daughter, Sasha Williams; grandfather, Floyd Poncho; grandmother, Naomi Battise; great-great aunt, Isabelle Celestine; uncle and wife, Lyndon and Rebecca Alec; uncle, Cecil Alec Jr.; aunt, Paula Alec; uncle, Frederick Alec; maternal aunts, Phyllis Richard, Janice Battise, Tanya Battise, and Deanna Abbey; maternal great aunts, Joann Battise and Arnold, Carol Battise and Donnis; paternal great aunts, Frances Battise and Sharon Miller; maternal uncles, Toddie Battise, and Derek Battise and Karen; along with numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
