Loida Hernandez Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 14, 2022.
Loida Abales Hernandez was born on February 24, 1949 to her parents, Hiliario Abales and Andrea Benitez in Ternate, Cavite, Philippines. She peacefully passed away into God's heavenly grace, surrounded by loved ones, at age 73, on October 14, 2022, at College Medical Center in Long Beach, California, USA. --- She may have had some health conditions, but lived her life to the fullest. She poured her heart and soul into all the things she had done. She was an obedient daughter, a supportive sister, a loyal wife, an unconditionally loving mother, a dedicated grandmother, a beloved great-grandmother, a hard worker, a warrior, and a very kind, caring, and giving friend to many who always put the needs of others before her own. She was a woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. She was a source of inspiration to us all and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. --- She is survived by the following family, who will forever love and cherish her beautiful and blessed life: --- Her husband of 53 years: Amado --- 5 Children: Jennette; Armando; Genelyn; Maryann; Rommel --- 19 Grandchildren: Michael John, Loidelyn, Jennelle; Armalen Anne, Arren, Amanda Lorese, Adrianna, Adam Jason, Andrea, Audrey; Camille Joi, Aaron Joshua, Jadyn Timothy; Ashley, Alyza Mhae, Enoch Elijah; Lauren Jillian, Gavin Matteo, Bailey Madison --- 2 Great-Grandchildren: Jeffrey Michael; Jacob Andrew --- Our family is grateful to know that she is finally at peace. --- "God shall wipe away every tear their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." - Revelation 21:4 --- "For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." - Psalm 91:11 --- "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared." - Exodus 23:20 --- Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. *** In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate assistance with memorial funds. Thank you in advance for all the love & support. *** --- God Bless, The Hernandez Family
