If flowers grow in heaven Lord then pick a bunch for us then place them in her arms and tell her they're from us, tell her that we love her and miss her and when she turns to smile place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.
Love always, Your granddaughter Laura, granddaughter Elizabeth, grandsons Martin and Steven and Justyn, great-granddaughter Renee.

I met Lois through my daughter, who was trying to find a financial planner after retirement in 2011. She was so helpful and gracious to me because I knew nothing about planning my future going forward. I will forever be grateful to this beautiful individual. May your soul rest in peace.

Lois and Martin were very big philanthropists in the southern suburbs. For years, they ran an event called Jazz in the Park in their backyard. It featured a Jazz musician and an auction of amazing prizes, such as a trip to a cooking school in France. The revenue generated from the auction was donated to local not-for-profits.
They were also very generous to the customers of Anthonisen Financial. They hosted an annual holiday party, again with entertainment, and a raffle table filled with prizes.
One of Lois’s big adventures was a family reunion but not in North Dakota. Instead it was in France. I believe the town was named Montilemar, France. Lois traveled there after researching and trying to locate as many relatives as possible. Then she hosted a big party for all the relatives who showed up. Years later, I was part of the group that won the trip to the cooking school in France. Much to my surprise, when we took the train south from Paris, we got off at Montilemar.
