I grew up in Dundas Ontario where Lois was stationed for a period of time. She was a long time family friend. My mother, Marguerite McCubbin and her chatted often. I flew to Calgary today and was saddened to find my intended visit with her will now have to wait. I posted a picture on my Facebook page of Lois and myself (at age 7) playing a cornet Duet in the Dundas corps - the tune, 'Always Cheerful' and that is how I remember Lois.

So sorry to hear of Lois's passing. I enjoyed knowing Lois. She was always a welcoming & always a happy soul! Sorry for all she went through physically but, praise the Lord, now she is completely healed and with our Lord - most likely rejoicing in His Presence. We shared something wonderfully in common - We were both stationed at the Booth Memorial Home and Love the children there.
She will be missed. RIP Lois

We are very sad to hear that Lois has been Promoted To Glory. My Mum, Beverley Culchieth knew Lois as a friend at the Calgary Glenmore temple for many years. She was a very dear soul, always had a smile and a pure Christian heart. Our condolences to family and friends.

I had lost track with my good friend Lois, so her passing caused me grief. She will be remembered as courageous and Godly

I haven't seen Lois since 1975 when I was twelve. She was such a wonderful lady, unlike any I had ever met. I was inconsolable when she had her accident as I was recovering from mine. She was such an influence that all throughout the years I had many thoughts about her, where she was, whatever became of her - that sort of thing. I was thinking about her less than two weeks ago. Now I know what became of her, and I am so lucky to have known her.
Thank you, Lois, rest in peace. May you see that little lamb again!

So sorry to read of Lois's passing. Dean and I enjoyed knowing Lois. She was always a welcoming presence at Glenmore if she happened to be there when we happened to drop in. Just think, she is completely healed and with our Lord - most likely rejoicing in His Presence. She will be missed.
