My first memory of my aunt was going to family reunions and going to my favorite cousin house! Stephanie her daughter was the same age as me and was more like a sister than a cousin. We would dress alike and wanted to be twins. :) I remember going to their house to visit with them all and grilling out and then having I think a black lab named Heidi. My favorite memory was staying at their house for a couple weeks with my cousin and going to work with my aunt Lois. She made our lunches and always had my favorite bologna and cheese sandwiches. We had Crayola crown cups that we got to drink out of! I even got to attend school with my cousin. I called her aunt Lolo. I remember when they adopted Joe and being so excited for them all and how excited she was about that. She loved to wait in my dad and dote on him. She loved and adored her daughter grand daughter and was so proud of Ava. She was all she wanted to talk about. She talked fondly of her hiking trips as a family with her grand daughter and daughter. I remember the big family reunions we would have as a family and always looking forward to her and her families arrival. I think she may have been the one that accidentally socked my sister in the mouth with a family reunion softball game. Lol. My sister Shawn had the biggest fat lip. I will never forget her comforting me when I got home sick a bit when staying at her house and going to work with her. I thought it was so cool. I always thought her jewelry was so cool. She loved gold jewelry. She had a big gold nugget pinky ring and gold chain she always seemed to wear.I will never forget. I loved seeing my uncle Rod and Aunt Lois so happy after they made their first marriage encounter weekend with some of my other aunts and uncles and with my parents her brother Richard and sil Joyce. I love all the memories of growing up as family and having her daughter be one of my best friends and cousins. Aunt Lois Rest in Peace. I love you. Stephanie our deepest condolences to you and your family and prayers. My upmost respect for our uncle HG for helping care give for her for a long time until he could no longer do so. You where a loyal brother in law. I included a picture of when our little girls and Stephanie and I and our moms were together. This was also a fond memory and wishing we lived closer to raise our girls the same age together.
