BLAND, Va. — Lola Lucille Wall Clemons, 75, of Bland, Va., passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2007 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.She was born March 26, 1932 in Giles County, daughter of the late Phlegar and Thelma Conley Wall.She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Louise Clemons; a granddaughter, Sherri Lee Clemons; two brothers, Carl “Lib” Wall and George Lee Wall.She was baptized at East Chapel Community Church, Narrows, Va.She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Audrey and Junior Hounshell of Bland, Va.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Samuel Clemons, Jr., of Rocky Gap, Va,, Roger, Sr., and Shirley Clemons of Bastian, Va., James and Becky Clemons of Ceres, Va.; 11 grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Andrea, Roger, Jr., Marshall, Jamie, Ethan, Emily, Grace, Eli and Zoey Clemons; one great-grandchild, Hunter Clemons; six sisters and brothers-in-law, Burnease Bivens of Narrows, Va., Dorothy and Donnie Stowers of Christiansburg, Va., Mary Walker of Salem, Va., Louise and Frankie Stowers of Rocky Gap, Va., Linda Mann of Peterstown, Jean and Roger Ferguson of Narrows, Va.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Penkey Wall of Narrows, Va., Richard and Jeanette Wall of Narrows, Va., Marl and Carolyn Wall of Bluefield; two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Wall of Rich Creek, Va., and Brenda Wall Tiller of Narrows, Va.; a very special friend, Shirley Sarver of Bluefield, Va.Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. at the Bland Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Paul Looney officiating.
