Lora Twar Costigan

I just learned of lora twars passing.She was my next door neighbor in Rockford Il. many years ago.I remember the playroom with the toy kitchen and swimming in the little pool in her backyard.Over the years i have thought of her.She was a dear part of early childhood memories.Through the internet I learned about the heartbreak of her loss.To Gerry and George Twar your in my heart and prayers.Cinnamon Court was never the same when you moved.It was an innocent time.May you find peace.

I haven't had contact with Lora since Maine South High School, but I have fond memories of her. She was a very kind and gentle person and a pleasure to be with. God Bless you all during this difficult time.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. We're all thinking of you and your family.

What a blessing to have had Lora in our lives!! She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, and friend to so many of us. We are richly blessed, even if it was for less time than we wanted, to have had the privilege of being with or around her. We am so grateful for that. God has healed her and He will heal those she left behind. His grace will guide and comfort each of you in one way or another. We love you.

I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. I am sorry for all of us, because her life really did affect so many. I met Lora at VU, and I am from Park Ridge as well. She was my pledge sister in Alphas, and she was truly a friend to us all. Always kind and giving, with never a negative word or complaint, she was a role model for many of us. She made us better just by being around her. I hope just knowing that she was really appreciated and loved by so many will bring you some comfort.
