Harper. Lora earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration form Jacksonville State University, and retired from Civil Service after working in Charleston, SC, Philadelphia, PA, Anniston, AL, and Heidelberg, Germany. She attended Old St. Andrews Parish Church in Charleston. Lora is survived by her brother, Dennis Harper of North Charleston, SC.
