Mrs. Loretta Matson

Loretta Matson, 69, of Hot Springs passed away in the company of her family on Friday, April 23, 2010. She was born October 31, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to Leo Degan and Eleanor (Kouba) Degan. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was also an active member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Loretta was preceeded in death by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Edward Matson, two sons, Eddie and Burt Matson, two grandchildren, Hope and Hunter Matson, three sisters, Geraldine Docekal, Eleanor Govostis and Margaret Kral and one brother Edward Degan. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
