Loretta Laverne Page Rainbolt

LORETTA LAVERNE PAGE RAINBOLT Loretta Laverne Page Rainbolt passed away on April 25th, 2017 in Paradise, California. She leaves behind a legacy of love for her family and friends. She was born on September 6th, 1933 in Eureka, Nevada to Richard & Laverne Page and spent much of her youth in Grass Valley, California. She always had a drive to be productive and busy, from her youth when she helped run her family's bowling alley in Grass Valley, to later jobs where she worked at a lumber mill, ran a restaurant, even dug ditches, and then settled down to a career as a dental assistant for over 30 years in Paradise, California. She was married to Lee Rainbolt in 1974 and both resided in Paradise until his death in 2013. For many years of their retirement they traveled around the US in their RV, often taking trips to see relatives in distant states, as well as making several annual pilgrimages to winter in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where she formed many special friendships. Loretta lived her life to the fullest, and spoiled everyone she knew with love, attention, and "awful waffles". She is survived by her brother, Richard Page of Grass Valley, children Dolores McCormack of Grass Valley, John Pendrak (Teina) of Paradise, Terie Shofner of Sacramento, Ed Holland (Donna) of Paradise, and stepdaughter Veda Rainbolt of Chico. She is also survived by many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren all who absolutely adored her. Per her request no services will be held.
