Loretta Reuland Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 3, 2025.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Loretta Marie Reuland. We remember Loretta, whose spirit departed from us peacefully at the age of 79 on December 30, 2024. She was born on January 14, 1945 in Chicago to Michael Bisconti and Jennie Warner and was a vibrant soul, known for her adventurous spirit, love of thrifting, and passion for snowmobiling and cars.

She is survived by her loving partner of 17 years, Dino Romanelli; daughters, Victoria (Edward) Novak and Andrea (Sean) Fialko; grandsons, Tyler, Edward II, Ethan and Evan; brothers, Robert Bisconti and Joseph Bisconti; sisters, Sandra (Steve) Ensalaco, Debra (Frank) Lawless; nieces and nephews, Shannon, Stefanie, Robert, Jennifer, Lauren, Lynette and Daniel. Predeceased by her parents; sister, Frances and brothers, Edward and Michael.

She spent her life seeking out out the thrill of discovery, whether hunting for hidden treasures at local thrift stores as an avid collector or speeding across snow-covered trails. She had an unparalleled talent for finding forgotten gems, bringing joy to those around her with all of her eclectic collections. Her ability to spot the potential in every object was a testament to her boundless creativity and appreciation for the past.

Snowmobiling was another of Loretta's great loves. Whether racing through winter landscapes or enjoying quiet moments in the outdoors, reveled in the freedom and excitement that the sport offered.

Her passion for cars was equally profound. From classic models to the latest innovations, she always had an eye for detail and an appreciation for craftsmanship.

Above all, Loretta was a cherished MOM, friend and family member. She was a person who lived life fully, embracing every moment with a sense of adventure and curiosity that left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at her daughter's residence in Oswego, where friends and family are invited to share their memories...with joy, laughter, and a sense of adventure. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions in the form of financial gifts to assist with the memorial fund. Your support is deeply appreciated.
