I miss Fick. One of my memories is when she brought one of her kids to visit with me at ASU in Tempe. It meant so much to me that she cared enough about her old coach that she wanted me to meet her kid. She always made me smile and when I think if her now I still smile because she made a lasting impact on everyone she met.
She was a great player for me at Creighton but an even better Mom and person. Always thinking of you Fick. Your Coach forever,Ray

I think of Fick all the time. She is a gift to the world. She cared about everyone and she gave her all in everything she did. I am so grateful to have been a small part of her life.

I think of Fick, often and every time I do I smile. I was lucky enough to coach her and see the affect she had on people. I swear there was not a person she ever met that did not become her friend in some way. She gave more to this earth than many that have lived twice as long. I miss you, Fick. Be well up there, Ray.

Keith and family,
Lori was a ray of sunshine to all of us on the tennis team. We played together when our kids were young. She was a joy to be around and I am grateful for having known her. We were both from Nebraska and although I haven't seen her in recent years, her friendship and giving spirit made a lasting impact on me. She was so special and a friend to all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know her spirit will live on in your hearts.

Dear Keith and children,
I know that there are no words to take your pain away right now. Jay and I met Lori (and I met you Keith) for the first time maybe 15 years ago at a dinner party hosted by the Byrnes. Jay and I both found Lori to be simply delightful and just a beautiful soul. I wish our paths would have crossed again. My children and I are so very sorry for your loss. You have been on my mind since I heard the news and my heart is breaking for you and your children. Remember her, celebrate her, and always continue to say her name! You will never understand why this happened, but I hope you can find peace and comfort in the love you had and the memories you share.

July 9, 2018

Dear Zacher Family,

Our hearts are hurting for all of you. Lori was a beautiful person in every way. Selfless and loving, she always made everyone feel important. Her spirit will live on in so many through wonderful relationships she created. We pray for all of you as you go through this extremely difficult time and always.

I am a member of the Phoenix Jewish community. Although I never met you or your family, my heart ached as I read your obituary for your beloved Lori. That being said, I'd like to share the following Hebrew proverb with you and yours during this time of your loss and anguish:

"Say not in grief that she is no more, but in thankfulness that she was".

May your broken hearts find healing in your cherished memories and eternal love for Lori as you continue through the grieving process.

Dear Keith, Mathew, Megan and Tommy,

We have many fond memories of Lori that go back for a decade. Lori was always engaging to our entire family -- all our kids enjoyed seeing Lori when we would see her on the sidelines of life. We always celebrated our August 12th birthdays! Although our paths didn't cross as often as in the past -- when we did connect -- she always took time to stop and catch up asking about each of our kids. She was taken too soon and her legacy will shine through all of you.......Andreens are here if you need anything!
