Lorin E. Correll

The time most memorable for me was the day I really needed more people to get through a hard time and he was there with open arms along with lanita, avery , and Trixie. He was an amazing individual with tons of accomplishments, and truly had everyone´s best interest. He will be missed. Love Sydney

I will always remember how fiercely loved Lanita and Avery and how he always made everyone around him feel safe and cared for. He was an incredible man whose presence is felt and missed by everyone who was privileged to know him.

I am saddened by Lorin's death. He lived in the same condominium complex as my wife and I is how I got to know Lorin. Furthermore, everybody I know always had something kind-hearted and favorable to say about him. Rest easy, Officer Correll and thank you for working to make our world a better place.

Unbelievable loss! I got up for many years to walk the dogs with Lorin. No make- up, hair a mess and he always said "Good morning beautiful! And we would both laugh! He wa so special! My deepest sympathy dear family! Patricia Claypool, friend

This news is devastating to learn. We go back a long ways. I remember the Rolling Stones concert. We were just kids. Out trying to grow up fast. He got me to join the Aurora Fire Dept years after high school. So many good memories. What a role model of a person in so many ways..So proud to have had and call him my friend... Never forget you! I did not have the opportunity to get to know Lorin like i wish i could have. I know when he came to meet our family i could see the love he had for my sister, and the love my sister had for him.
