Lorna Klein Obituary
Lorna was born July 30, 1956, in Kansas City, Mo., to Cecil and Thelma (Johnson) Bragg. They preceded her in death. She was a 1980 graduate of Missouri Western State College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was an accomplished artist and sign painter, naturalist and gardener.
Lorna married Robert Gerard Klein on August 27, 1982, at Hope United Methodist Church, in Cosby, Mo. She owned and operated Lorna Klein Sign Painting.
Lorna is survived by her husband, Bob Klein, of the home; son, Kelsey Klein, Maryville, Mo.; brother Mitchell Bragg and his companion, Mary Potts, St. Joseph; niece, Kayli Bragg and nephew Dustin Bragg, St. Joseph; aunt, Virginia Johnson, Kirksville, Mo.; and numerous cousins.
Memorial Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the Chapel, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday evening.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Art Department at Missouri Western State University.

Lorna was a joy to have as a student, bright,great work ethic, always smiling,and a willing learner. She made a great impression on all the Art Faculty and her fellow students as well. It was a priviledge to be her friend. My condolences to Bob and Kelsey.

I'm very saddened to hear of Lorna's passing. We graduated together at Cameron High School, and had art classes together. She and Bob attended our class reunion several years ago, and were so fun. I "dabbled" in art; she was a true talent. The world is a less colorful place with her gone.
