You are in my thoughts Kathie ....

Louis always had a smile on his face and a song in his heart for all to see and hear. Jesus tells us in John 10:9 "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." We'll see Dad soon in Christ alone!

I work with Barbara, and did not realize that Mr. Barbalias had passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara often spoke of her dad and always in such a fond way. Please accept my condolences...

I also remember visiting him one time and finding a note on his dinner table on which he had written out John 10:30: "I and My Father are One!"--[underline/exclamation point].

I was just remembering when Pappy used to live at the School House, he would often cite a Bible verse address without quoting it. I'd reply, "What's that verse?" He'd say, "Oh, you don't know! Look it up!" Funny guy.

What a special guy. Louis added light/spark to any conversation. He was trully one of those people that touches your heart, so glad for opportunities to run into him over the years. Praying for your family in this time of seperation and praising the Lord Jesus for giving Louis comfort and new life.
