Dear Gail Charles and Greg. Thank you for letting me know of your fathers passing. He was a family icon for his hockey history.
My brother Lou,named after your father, passed away a few years ago. Ruth (Calgary) and Nellie (Duncan) are still doing well.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Louis at Miller Crossing. I am a caregiver to another man on his floor. I talked to Louis often and found him a very nice, gentle, kind person. He was always good at the sports we did at the lodge, especially golf and would butt the soccer ball with his head. May you have many fond memories of a wonderful man.
