Louise Carlson Obituary
Louise was born on December 5, 1933, in Duluth MN to Charles and Alice Johnson. She graduated from Proctor High School and later married Curtis Carlson, together they raised six children.
She found joy in crafting of all kinds, from crocheting and card making to ceramics. She crocheted many hats, blankets and sweaters for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family looked forward to her home-made birthday and Christmas cards. Louise loved to camp with her family, and after Curtis retired they travelled extensively and wintered for 25 years in Florida.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, three brothers, and her first grandchild.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years Curtis (Buddy) Carlson; Sister: Kathy Nelson; 6 Children: Nancy (John) Forneris, Curtis Jr. (Cindy), Debbie (Mike) Paszak, David (Sue), Scott (Jill), Karen Envall; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank her caregivers at Solvay house, especially her in home caregivers, Ryann, Annie, Kim and Noel.
There will be a Celebration of Life Sunday, November 16 at 1:00pm at Midway Town Hall.
