Dear Cathleen and all the Klines,
Sending love and light to each one and remembering so much happiness at your house in Bloomington. Your Mom helped make our teen years fabulous. And I still use the turkey roaster she gave us for our wedding!! Please be assured of prayers and smiles as I think of you.

To all of Luanne's Children and Family,
I was out of town when your dear Mother passed. I just heard a week ago. I am so sorry for your loss. I believe Luanne was the best friend my Mother(Jeanne Porter) ever had. I spent many an evening in my Mom's living room with these two women. I so loved them both. The world is different without them. Your Mom was a kind and gentle soul. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

I only heard of Luanne's passing the day of the funeral so was not able to attend because I did not know. I wish I could have been there. I have missed seeing her every couple of weeks since she moved, but did visit. We had such a nice visit the last time I saw her, I will carry that with me for the rest of my life. Luanne was more than just a cleaning client to me, she was my friend and I loved her. I can't explain it, we just clicked the moment we met. I will forever cherish our talks and I will forever miss her. My heart goes out to all of you.

Kline Family~
The Mullvains have always felt a special connection to both Luanne and Auntie Mac. The younger generation of Mullvains grew up always feeling very special in the eyes of these fabulous women. They treated us like their own grandchildren. It was also clear to all of us how highly our parents thought of Luanne and Mac, along with Jerry and Jack, too. The memories we have of endless summer days and nights in Gordon will forever be in our hearts. Thank you for sharing your mom, grandma, and Nana with us.

To all of my Kline cousins,
Luanne was an amazing woman! We have all lived a better life for knowing her. Growing up and especially at the cabin, she was like a second mom to us Wrights! Even in adulthood after moving to Seattle we kept in touch! She was my connection to the rest of you. Let's not lose that connection!! She was my biggest fan when I lived in Japan and I will never forget her coming all the way to Seattle for my wedding. What a precious memory! She has touched us all and will live in our hearts forever!

Dear Kline Family,

It is with great, great sadness to learn of Luanne’s passing. Luanne was an elegant and graceful woman—in all its many definitions. I remember her gracefulness before I had words for it. As she goes to be with God, we know Luanne has achieved his grace and will receive all that it offers.

To lose your mom and grandma so close together makes us all feel not only a loss of these two beautiful people, but a loss of our past and our childhood. May all of us find comfort and strength in each other and in all the beauty remains that behind.

To the Kline Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time, but remember the happy times. We will miss Luanne with her wonderful charm and wit, as we have missed Jerry. Judy & I had many wonderful times with both of them, espcially the London trip, which we will never forget. As I'm writing this I can look up to see Jerry's picture which I keep above my desk. They are blessed to now be together. Love to all.

Our deepest condolences to the entire family. We got to know Luanne on a small part of her life's journey and her goodness was obvious to all she met. She also developed a reputation as a very intelligent Trivia player! Luanne's friends and neighbors at The Colony will miss her. Our sympathies are with the family.

To Mary, Cathleen, John, Beth, Pat, Peggy, and Debbie, too; I cannot write all I feel tonight with 52+ years of memories with your parents and all of you. It's truly an "I" moment as I have lost a dear, devoted friend in your Mother's passing. Consolation comes knowing the reunion party she has already organized is grander than anything seen on earth. This is where her entertainment skills will shine the brightest. My family's prayers are with each of you and your children. I just hope Heaven's population knows exactly where they are supposed to sit...Cindy, Bob et al.

Though Luanne was known as a stellar hostess, a party anywhere was her favorite place to be as long as there were family and good friends!
