Lucas Daniel Sigfrid

Sigfrid, Lucas Daniel, Chief Warrant Officer II Age 32, died on Monday, December 12, 2011 in Fort Lewis Washington, while training in service to his country with the 4th Squadron / 6th Calvary Regiment of the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade, Fort Lewis, WA. He was preceded in death by his mother Trina Brueske, his grandfather Wally Brueske, and his grandfather Earl Sigfrid. He is survived by his wife, Hilary Sigfrid, who is expecting their first child in June 2012; his father, Daniel Sigfrid; his sisters, Ali Klave and Kelsey Sigfrid; his grandmothers, Mary Lou Sigfrid and Martha Brueske. He is deeply mourned by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, as well by his devoted comrades-in-arms. Lucas will be laid to rest this week in Minnesota. To respect privacy, the family is requesting only family and friends attend. We are all so very grateful and blessed by the overwhelming outpouring of love and respect from the great people of Minnesota who have responded to honor Luke. Thank you.
