Luciano Eugenio Marra

Dear Teresa,

since two days I know that Luciano passed away. Ever since I am struck by disbelief, sadness and sorrow. Please accept my sincere sympathy.
Having worked with Luciano in Toronto (2006-2009), I remember his passion and compassion, his energy and creativity, his patience and resilience in challenging moments and his unshakable commitment to purpose. Those who knew Luciano, know that his purpose was defined by love for his wife and children, and by integrity in everything he did. His authenticity was mesmerizing and it was unique.
For sure, Luciano took roads less travelled; at times he set new standards, possibly too new and too high for many to follow ..
Luciano did not go for convenient options; he stood by and stood up for his values, leaving us behind - humbled.
His captivating smile, the sound of his voice and laughter will resonate in my mind for good.
Since my return to Europe, I am planning to visit Canada; meeting with Luciano was always part of my plan. Today I can only hope that I will meet him again .. some time ..

I worked with Lou in the Windsor area. My sincere condolences to you. Lou was always happy, positive and wanting to help. We will miss him and think of him often.

I took my Mom, Mary, to your workplace - hoping to see you. They told her you were off.....and mentioned a family tragedy. I am sincerely and wholeheartedly sorry for your loss. I just heard your sad news now. Please know we are praying for you, and yours as you grieve, especially your children. May your husband rest in peace. Your clients care about you, and hope you are surrounded by family.
