Lucille M. (Campanaro) Deibert

As Assistant Plant Controller of the Palmerton operation of the New Jersey Zinc Company, I had been unsuccessful in convincing my superior of the need for a department secretary (the Personnel Department had 3). When the headquarters of NJZ was to move from Bethlehem to Nashville (in the 1970's), the Corporate Controller strongly (and successfully) suggested we hire his secretary, Lucille. She brought much sunshine to the department, and was very competent and efficient.

I worked with Lucille at D&B. She was always cheerful and fun to work with. I have so many wonderful memories of her.
