Mrs. Holland had been a loyal member of the First Baptist Church of Florence for more than 70 years. She taught children's Sunday School and was a member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Holland was affiliated with the Charlie Womack Garden Company for many years. The love for flowers was carried over to her yard and garden.
Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Nettie Huggins of Hartsville; her three sons, Leo Levander (Patsy) Holland of Daytona, Fla., Evans Parnell (Mary Jane) Holland of Florence and Charles Perry (Lois) Holland of Pawleys Island.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren: Mrs. Charles (Rebecca) Camp of Rockledge, Fla., Mark Holland of Daytona, Fla., Mrs. Tolman (Laura) Geffs of Riverside, Conn., Dr. Evans P. Holland Jr. of Florence, Mrs. Christopher (Cille) Scott of Columbia, Mrs. Hank (Leah) Anderson of Florence, Derham Holland of Camden and Rustin Jones of Charleston. Her family also included 13 great-grandchildren.
A family graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 26, 2004 in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at 814 Greenway Drive in Florence.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
