May 15, 1924 - November 18, 2022
Macon, Georgia - Graveside Services for Lucy Mae Sams will be held 2 PM Wednesday, November 23, 2022 in the Faulks Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Sams, 98, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022.
Survivors include her children; Arneatha Sams, Mark Sams Jr., (Bessie), Marshall Sams (Ann), and Russell Sams (Audrey); eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 2 PM until 3 PM ONLY. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE MANDATORY AND FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Jones Brothers Mortuary has charge of arrangements.

Words can't express my feelings at this moment of sadness and sorrow, but it gives me great pleasure in knowing that death is the passageway that leads to eternal life.
