Aunty sometime when I am seeking advice and talking to God for innerstanding and clarity. BMO HARRIS pops up. I then smile and know the way to go I love you.

I can´t believe I/we never got to have our conversation. I was on my way to the repass and ended up in the hospital.. I guess you were never told. I didn´t stand you up but idk how to get ahold of you. I was in the hospital for a couple of days and you were gone when I got out. You didn´t know my number and I tried to call the number I had no answer. AUNTY there is so much I want to say.. That´s how I ended up here looking to see where you were to pay my respects.. I have gone to visit Grandma a couple of times and I´ve apologized that I wasn´t there for her either when she transitioned.. Aunty Lydia thank you for believing in me. Everyone knew you were about something if you spoke to them and dealt with them.. Someone said man Aunty don´t play and rarely talk to anybody how do you get her to hold a conversation with you and not just say hello or hi. She talks to you every time she in town.. I had no idea anyone was paying that close attention. I had no answer because you have always spoke and you have talk to me since a child. I couldn´t relate so I just shrugged and tried to laugh it off. I cried upon hearing of your passing and was very hurt.. I guess that´s why I´m breaking down the way I am now.. YOU WERE SO AMAZING... Since you passed it´s like your with me. When I get out of character guess what I see and start my lil self to alignment. I see the BMO HARRIS ad or sign or commercial.. and it reminds me to walk like a Lady, have class and respect for myself and represent the woman I come from.. My ABC Always Be Classy.. I need y´all so much especially you because I know you would inner and understand on a different level. I´m doing all that I can to bring honor to this family. It´s not easy. Well, I´m going to end this by saying I love you Aunty Lydia to the fullest I wish you knew how much you really meant/mean to me and how much of an impact you really had and still have on my life.. All of you. I Am glad majority of you have reunited. May you all fly high and I pray you keep watch over me.. I need you more than you know..

Ms. Harris was a wonderful woman and made a difference in SO many lives! I will never forget her or the positive role model that she was for me. I still live by her infamous "an idle mind is the devil's workshop". She will be missed. Rest in Peace!

I truly value the education I received at St. Adalbert, under the leadership of Mrs. Harris. She was a stern, solid and dedicated principal who nurtured student development. She held our parents accountable and there'll never be another like her. My prayers and sincere condolences go out to Mrs. Harris' family during their time of bereavement.
