I am saddened to hear of Lyle's passing. He was my childhood friend and neighbor who lived just down the street from me. We worked together to build a fort in his backyard and I always thought of him as the smartest kid in elementary school. My condolences for your loss.

I was saddened to hear of Lyle's passing. I haven't seen him in years, but I can still remember going down the street to go swimming with him and his sister Merri in the Watson family pool when we were children. He introduced me to one of the first interactive computer text games out there, Zork, which I remember quite fondly. He was always nice to me and I'm sorry we lost touch as we grew up. Please accept my condolences on your loss.

Lyle, you will be missed. You taught me that with the right tools nothing is impossible. Whether talking power tools or words. Right now I do not have the words to express the void in the universe with you gone.

So few words to describe a life that was so meaningful to so many. Lyle's accomplishments weren't the kind of things that can be written up in an obit, but none of us will stop missing him any time soon.
