Simpsonville
Jeffrey Shane Fowler, 41, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015.
He was born March 20, 1974, in Greenville to Elaine Hart Fowler Owens and the late Michael Jeffrey Fowler. He graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute of the Carolina's. He was the former Sous Chef at Hollytree Country Club and was the Chef at Simpsonville United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Elaine with her husband Robert Owens and Jeff's fiancé, Sabrina Bell; a brother, Eric L. H. Fowler; step-brother, Andrew Owens; step-sister, Laurel Latta and husband Jason of Atlanta.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Simpsonville United Methodist Church.

I just learned today of Jeffrey's passing. I have such great memories of Jeffrey in the classes at Greenville Tech. He was such a wonderful student but more importantly - a gentleman. I knew him as a student and from Holly Tree CC. Jeffrey was a fine young man and he will be missed. My prayers are with you.
